User Experience
Project Overview
To demonstrate an awareness and knowledge of user experience devices. To design a well thought-out application for an in-dinning ordering experience. Creating consistent branding in entire design while designing for touch screen use.
About the Design
Inspiration was drawn from other restaurant websites. I wanted to create a visually appealing desgin with images that would appeal to consumers. Ease of use was high priority as many apps take you through sub menus after sub menus. The use of color and size helps guide users through the app experince.

Process

Moodboard & Sketches
The moodboard was used to describe the overall theme and idea for the restaurant. I gathered photos and colors associated with other restaurant websites. The sketches were used to help develop the visual layout of the design.
Wireframes
High fidelity wireframes were developed to flush out any issues with the design. These wireframes provide the overall content framework without including any visuals that may interfer with the design.
Final Mockup & Prototype
The final step of this project was to compile the high fidelity wireframes into final mockup designs with proper images and wording. Once the mockup was completed we were tasked with creating a working prototype using an application called Marvel.
